WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:
- Only one winner will be chosen to win the Prize.
- The winner will be selected on August 22nd, 2010 from all the participants who entered and his/her name published on Facebook.
- The winner will be contacted through the contact information they have listed on their accounts or by the contact information provided in their email answer. If no contact is made within 24 hours of the particular drawing, Flow will reserve the option to select other eligible entries until a winner is contacted.
PRIZE
- 100 days FREE of any Flow Service (U-Watch, U-Talk, U-click)
- Free service awarded will start on September 1st, 2010
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a legal resident of Trinidad & Tobago
- You must be 18 years of age or older
Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win the Prizes
- Any employee of Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited or its parent or subsidiary companies
- Individuals engaged in the development, production, advertising or distribution of materials for the promotion
- Persons who are or related to or purport to be immediate family members (defined as a biological parent, step-mother, step-father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories (regardless of where they live) or any persons who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories
CONDITIONS:
1. Participants acknowledge that compliance with these Terms and Conditions including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to the Prize being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, participants who have not complied with these Terms and Conditions are subject to disqualification and are obliged to return the Prize to Columbus Communications should he/she be selected as the winner (or alternatively he/she will be liable to repay Columbus Communication an amount equivalent to the value of the Prize
2. The selected winner may be required to provide Columbus Communications Trinidad Ltd with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder and will be required to sign a Statutory Declaration of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release within two (2) days of notification that they have won the Prize
3. Columbus Communication Trinidad Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion at any time, if any errors, omissions or other causes beyond the control of corrupt administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion
4. Columbus Communications Trinidad Ltd and the Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion (whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature), the incorrect or inaccurate record of information on forms, the failure to record or misplacing any information and/or forms in connection with the promotion and/or any errors or omissions with respect to the printing, collection, storage and transport of forms for the promotion
5. Any attempt by a participant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be in violation of criminal and/or civil laws in Trinidad and Tobago
6. Should such an attempt be made, Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution
7. Participants engaging in or reasonably suspected of engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and shall automatically forfeit the Prize won
8. In no event will Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited be obliged to award or be liable for more than the items defined as the Prize. The winner shall be solely responsible for any taxes, insurance or any other expenses associated with the Prize other than those expressly stated as included in the Prize
9. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media the details of the promotion set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail
10. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein
11. Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions in any manner whatsoever
12. All participants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited and consent to the use and disclosure by Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation
13. Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited reserves the right to amend or unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion subject to notifying subscribers of same by way of advertisements in the national media and/or our website and /or by sending voice messages to subscribers.
